TERMS OF SERVICE  (pole: Warunki świadczenia usług)

**1. Seller.** The store at noirpixelstudio.com is operated by Noir Pixel Studio, Palestyńska 1a,
03-321 Warsaw, Poland, EU VAT/Tax ID (NIP): 5242492216, e-mail: noirpixelprint@gmail.com ("we", "us").

**2. Products.** We sell wall art printed on canvas, made individually to order in the size and
finish selected by the customer. Slight colour differences between screen and print may occur due
to display calibration and are not a defect.

**3. Orders.** Placing an order through the checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. The
contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. We may refuse orders in case of obvious
pricing errors or suspected fraud.

**4. Prices and payment.** Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Applicable taxes
are shown before payment. Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered there.

**5. Delivery.** Production and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk passes
to the consumer upon delivery of the goods.

**6. Withdrawal and returns.** Products are manufactured to the customer's specification
(size and finish chosen at order), which under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c))
falls outside the statutory right of withdrawal. Independently of this, we voluntarily accept
returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

**7. Complaints and legal guarantee.** Consumers in the EU are protected by the statutory
guarantee of conformity. If the product is defective or non-conforming, contact us at noirpixelprint@gmail.com;
we will respond within 14 days. Damaged deliveries are replaced free of charge as described in
the Return & Refund Policy.

**8. Intellectual property.** All artworks, images and content in the store are the property of
Noir Pixel Studio and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print does not transfer any
rights to reproduce the artwork.

**9. Liability.** Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under
applicable law, including consumer rights in the customer's country of residence.

**10. Governing law.** These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory
consumer protections of the country where the consumer resides. EU consumers may also use the
European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
