Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3-14 days depending on size and finish - rolled and smaller stretched canvases are quickest, large formats and framed orders take longer. Delivery after that is handled by the carrier and depends on your destination. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Your order is produced at the facility closest to you, which keeps transit short. Shipping is calculated at checkout and delivery times depend on the carrier serving your address.

What happens if my canvas arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the piece and of the packaging at noirpixelprint@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We produce a replacement and ship it at no cost - there is no need to return the damaged canvas.

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Write to noirpixelprint@gmail.com as soon as you notice. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually correct the address at no cost. If the parcel has already gone out and comes back to the production facility, we will confirm the correct address and send the piece again — that second delivery is charged at the cost our print partner bills us, with no mark-up.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Although every canvas is made to order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery if it is not right for your space. Contact us first and we will confirm the return address for your region. Return shipping is paid by the customer; the full product price is refunded once the canvas arrives back with us.

Can I request a custom size or colour adjustment?

Yes, on request. Our canvases are listed in nine standard sizes, but our print partners can produce other dimensions, and we can look at colour adjustments to an artwork as well. Write to noirpixelprint@gmail.com with the size or change you have in mind before ordering and we will quote it individually. Custom pieces are made to your specification, so they fall outside the standard 14-day return window.

What is the Artist Finish?

An optional varnish applied by hand with a palette knife over the printed canvas. It catches the light the way paint on board does and gives the piece the presence of an original artwork. It is available on stretched and framed canvases from 24x36 inches upwards, adds about three days to production, and ships to the United States and Canada only.

Do the frames come ready to hang?

Stretched and framed canvases arrive ready to hang, with hanging hardware included on most orders. Rolled canvas ships flat in a tube for your own framer.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Very closely, but not exactly. Screens emit light and canvas reflects it, and monitor calibration differs from device to device. Slight variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
