SHIPPING POLICY (pole: Polityka wysyłki)

Production time. Every canvas is made to order. Production takes 1–2 weeks — each piece is printed, hand-stretched and quality-checked before it ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia. Orders are produced at the facility closest to you — pieces for US and Canadian customers are made in North America, European orders within Europe whenever the chosen format allows. That means shorter transit, lower emissions and less handling.

Delivery time. After production, transit typically takes 2–7 business days domestically (US, CA, EU) and up to 10 business days for other destinations. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout based on size and destination.

Customs and import fees. For destinations where taxes are not collected at checkout, any import duties or fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Damage in transit. Every canvas ships in rigid, purpose-made packaging. If your order still arrives damaged, photograph the item and the box and write to noirpixelprint@gmail.com within 14 days — we will produce and ship a replacement free of charge.
